Import the screenshot and the HALD (1st img you generated), then edit the screenshot to your liking but ONLY edit the colours/lighting. You want to have your lighting setup how you normally would have them when streaming.
Next you want to take a screenshot of your camera feed in OBS and save it. It will save a weird looking image in that location. Run the program and click the "Generate a HALD" button, and pick a folder to save it to. You can choose to pay any amount but you you can also put in $0 and download for free.

To start you need the LUT generator which can be downloaded from this site. This method is also used by some to colour grade videos, by taking frames from individual clips, as often an image editor like Lightroom is more intuitive for editing colours than most video editors. I made a quick before and after just to showcase a little of what you can do with LUTs in OBS. I will also preface this by saying that this is more ideal if you have a consistent setup with your room and lighting. This should also be possible with most other photo editing apps made for photography.

I've tested it with both Lightroom on pc since that's the most common photo editing app, but you can also do all the edits on your phone using the free Lightroom app. I stumbled across a video that introduced me to a very useful program that generates LUTs without being too complex or requiring the use of any paid programs.
